About the event
Statutory social workers often feel overwhelmed with meetings. When we work with children and families, many of our processes involve regular meetings which are typically chaired by the allocated social worker.
This masterclass will support you to build your confidence in managing meetings, from preparation to planning, ensuring a child centred approach, dealing with conflict and managing multiple perspectives of participants, you will leave feeling clear, calm and competent for your next meeting.
Ideal for newly qualified social workers and useful for students on placement too.
Join this session on an individual booking or become a member of The Social Work Collective to gain access to this live masterclass and 60+ video resources for practice in our learning hub.
